TENTATIVE MEETINGS SCHEDULE 

 

MONDAY, APRIL 25

Travel day for Head Start State Collaboration Office (HSSCO) Directors, State Early Childhood Specialists and State Child Care Administrators (OCC) who are meeting the following morning.

 

 

TUESDAY, APRIL 26

Early Childhood Collaboration Models (approx. 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Including: HSSCO, State Early Childhood Specialists, and OCC

 

Travel day for State Advisory Council (SAC)

 

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27

Joint HSSCO Directors, OCC Administrators, State Early Childcare Specialists and State Advisory Council Collaboration Meeting (approx. 8:30 a.m. – noon)

Including: All groups

 

HSSCO and State Early Childhood Specialists depart in the afternoon AFTER the joint meeting.

 

 

Office of Child Care (OCC) Policy/Programmatic Meeting

(approx. 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.)

Including: State Child Care Administrators

 

 

State Advisory Council (SAC) Meeting (approx. 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.)  

Including: SAC and invited HSSCO Directors

 

 

THURSDAY, APRIL 28

State Advisory Council (SAC) Meeting Continued (approx. 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)

Including: SAC and invited HSSCO Directors

 

OCC participants may depart Wednesday evening following the afternoon meeting or on Thursday.
