Karen Pucciarelli has provided training and technical assistance to Head Start and Early Head Start programs throughout the nation since 1993, working with Head Start management teams and community partners to improve quality and performance. Additionally, she served as co-trainer for the Head Start Phase III and IV Management Institutes, as well as participated in the New Director’s Institute as both a presenter and planning team member. Ms. Pucciarelli returns this year to support directors in creating effective management systems to strengthen program quality and improve outcomes for children and families.
