Her background includes experience as a home visitor, home visitation supervisor, and disabilities coordinator.
Currently the Early Learning Content Specialist and Mentor Coach for the Training and Technical Assistance System, Bethann Smith has 28 years of experience in developing, implementing and evaluating multi-million dollar Federal and state Head Start programs and grants. Her Head Start background includes serving as a Teacher, Disabilities Coordinator, PRISM (Program Review Instrument for Systems Monitoring) Reviewer, and Director, as well as a Consultant/Interim Director for a program able to correct multiple deficient and non-compliance areas within 90 days.
