Management Systems - Basic II
 

A basic overview of the eight management systems in Head Start as they relate to the implementation of program services.

 
Presenter(s):

Bill Welch, a Technical Assistance Specialist previously for the Great Lakes Head Start Quality Network and currently for the Booz Allen Hamilton Region V Training and Technical Assistance Network, has worked in local Head Start and Birth to Three programs since beginning as a classroom teacher in 1970. Additionally, he has served in the private and nonprofit sectors as the operator of small businesses and as a management and board consultant. Mr. Welch has presented numerous training sessions at local, state, regional, and national conferences, addressing such topics such as fatherhood services, management systems, knowledge management, strategic planning, appreciative inquiry, and technology planning.
