Prior to joining the Booz Allen Hamilton Region II Head Start Technical Assistance Team, Judith Sikora served as the New York State Head Start Collaboration Project Director. Her 25 years of experience in the field of early childhood education encompasses the areas of child care administration, curriculum development, parent education, higher education, and classroom teaching. In addition to teaching and mentoring at the college level, Ms. Sikora has experience as a program director and as co-President of the New York State Association for the Education of Young Children. She earned a master’s degree in leadership in early education and a baccalaureate degree in early childhood education from Kean University in Union, New Jersey.
