Kansas school district-sponsored Head Start program. Ms. Benoit holds a baccalaureate degree in human ecology. early childhood education, and a master’s degree in special education.
Dr. Catherine Swackhamer serves as a Region VII Technical Assistance Specialist for Caliber, an ICF International Company. For 19 years, she held the position of Head Start Director in a program operated by an Iowa Community Action Agency. Dr. Swackhamer has a baccalaureate degree in psychology and education, a master’s in professional counseling, and a doctorate in cognitive psychology.
