Sallie Birmingham

Sallie Birmingham, a financial consultant, comes with over 25 years of fiscal, administrative, management, and public relations experience in government, nonprofit, and corporate environments. As fiscal administrator of the Fairfax County Head Start program for over a decade, she managed funding for center, home-based, and family day care, and wraparound child care.  Ms. Birmingham, a Fiscal Reviewer for the Office of Head Start since 2003, holds a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.
