A consultant, Perry Davis specializes in the areas of fiscal, program design, and management and Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA). Previously a manager at one of the largest Head Start programs in the nation, he has conducted workshops at national, regional, and state Head Start Association meetings, as well as at state and local Community Action Agency Association meetings.
